Engineered using a luminescent zinc sulfide compound, ICE-P meets the US FDA purity specifications – consult 21CFR73.2995 for specifications and use restrictions – while producing a bewildering bright green color in daylight, incandescent, fluorescent or UV light.

When used to create stunning phosphorescent makeup – specifically externally applied facial makeup and nail polish – the use of ICE-P-11 shall not exceed 10% by weight of the final product. We recommend that these formulations be used for maximum impact but limited time, not regular or daily use. Also, avoid use in areas of the eyes.
